A business plan for the home-based/Internet based business

 Every business owner needs a business plan. The business plan serves as a blueprint to your company’s future. Where do you see yourself and the company in 5 years? How much money do you need to be making and how will you achieve these goals? These are important answers one must ask to truly stay on top and grow the business.

Today I will share with you some points on how to create your business plan for our business. Whether you are a small business with employees in an office building, or you are the primary provided for your young child; while growing your at –home- business, this information is for you.

1.     Set goals      

a.     Understand what it is you want to accomplish, when how and where

 

2.     Create leads. Whether you are growing a small corp. or starting a home business, or even a network marketing business, you need customers. You need to find people who are interested in what you have to offer. Market, show them, recruit and then train them.

 

Here- is where we get to the point where many fail – especially in network marketing. As you try to reinvent the wheel for your team and begin to fall into the management trap of glorified babysitting. Who has time to do all that while growing their business? No one.

 

3.     Start automated marketing. Yes this is the key. Automated marketing will help you generate FREE leads online and then have the chance to introduce your business opportunity. Attraction marketing is the funnel to the funded proposal. Getting paid even when they say “no” to the opportunity. Imagine… you get paid of $2 for every lead (that could be 25-100 leads a day), before they have even had the opportunity to decide if they will join your business opportunity or not. Here is the real statistic… 97%- yes 97% of the leads generated will say “no” and that’s ok. What if you could generate profits from those 97% and help them succeed in their own business? Now that’s maximizing your potential and being an effective leader all at the same time. I’ve learned that people do not care what you know until they know that you care. Helping someone goes a long way.

 

4.     With that said… the next important step is duplication. Do you know how much time it takes to create and test and recreate and test a system that truly works? You have to create the system, the capture pages, the auto responder messages, the training, the videos, articles, etc.  You begin to waste a lot of time and money reinventing the wheel and then it makes your PROSPECTS think that you have to do the very same thing. So… stop! Duplication is the name of the game and that is the only way to truly succeed in network marketing. Find a system you can use for duplication. This system will also train your team so that you will have more time to prospect. Your teammates will then begin to build their down line quickly and not have to spend time working on capture pages, articles, auto responders, etc. It will already be ready for them to tap into.

 

5.     Get to work. It’s time to implement and begin to really get to work. Follow these steps and you should see more traffic and more get more leads. Congratulations to a job well done.
